We offer both digital downloadable products and physical printed goods. Please review the applicable policy below before making a purchase.
Digital Products (Downloadable Items)
All digital products sold by ShaLen Designs are non-refundable and non-returnable once the download has been accessed.
Due to the nature of digital files, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital downloads except in the event of:

a duplicate purchase, or

a verified technical issue preventing access to the file
If you experience a problem with a digital download, please contact us at support@shalendesigns.com and we will be happy to assist.
Physical Products (Printed Goods)
If you receive a physical item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Eligible resolutions may include:

a replacement, or

a refund, depending on the situation
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging unless otherwise approved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.
